Trent Valley Windows

Well, where to start, I arranged an installation of an outdoor glass canopy and bifold doors. Several visits were made to measure up, and on the day of installation for tye bifolds, they didn't fit, so that was another 4 weeks of delay to reorder. The glass canopy required a steel frame support, which was allegedly engineered. Posts needed concreting in, and that was a complete joke as concrete around posts are meant to be designed not just to keep them in place but also to provide resistance to wind uplift. There was zero engineering design on these concrete footing, just a nominal attempt at throwing premix bags of concrete around the post, which in any serious weather wouldn't have done a thing. Canopy and glass went in, a few finishing trims fixed which again were substandard as the person installing was not a finishing person. We agreed to postpone all trims and finishing until I had completed the external paving so nothing got damaged and now am left in a position where I am having to chase them and possibly to the point of small claims court as they are ignoring my calls despite the fact they have visited numerous times, measured up but after weeks which has turned into months done nothing. They were paid in full as they requested, so I am out of pocket if they don't honour the contract which is also another item they want customers to sign on the dotted line for. I also stipulated clearly multiple times to install ultion locks on the bifolds and again they did what they wanted. So all j can say is buyer beware. Not an honourable outfit to deal with. In the picture you will see unfinished posts and beams.

Measured twice incorrectly built the frames up turned up and found they was wrong twice, once the windows and doors was measured and built correctly they turned up without an appointment and we had to rush to move stuff and get my baby and wife out of the house everything was done during or just after lockdownOnce installation was finished they cleaned up jumped and van quickly luckily enough I found out I couldn't lock either front door or back door the new Windows remove from the back door and old Windows back inn the windows were too big stopping the operation of the sliding patio doors we have to wait for them to me built again they also fitted the wrong glass on the landing supposably my fault as was told on the phone we wanted see-through glass so we can look at somebody's roof the pipework said otherwise ,continuously having problems with front door letting in so much cold it's meant to be super energy efficient once the winter came we realised there was a draught coming through the back bedroom window found out they installed the wrong locking bar and was not 100% locked they had to replace the locking mechanism , also they damaged insulation around every window Iand door had to get quotes from companies and pass it back to Trent Valley for them to pay the company to fix my insulation it has been a nightmare if everything went smoothly without any issues they would have got top points but with all the issues coming from a top company .I know to use a smaller company next time! first time ever with had to pay for Windows or doors and it has been a nightmare!!! I got quotes from from 4 different companies I also checked the feedback and the reviews

Good price, fitted exactly on time (actually turned up too early) lovely and clean when finished. Took everything away. No mess left. Polite chap who fitted them. Can’t wait to have the rest of my windows done now! Highly recommended

Trent Valley Windows Van overtook me dangerously close whilst I was on a bike on 10th September in Beeston. Nearly fell off as a result.

Went to there place in Nottingham,, baĺiff notice on the door,went to Chesterfield,all closed up and it was on a Saturday aswell,bad vibes so gonna avoid it
