The dental appointment withDr India Casey was pleasant, very informative and efficient. I would whole heartedly recommend her.

Once again I have had a very positive experience having ti call upon Plummer's emergency dentistry! I came down with a raging tooth ache on Thursday evening. I rang the surgery at Thorpe at 0845 hrs the following morning and was seen and treated by 3pm that afternoon. This is the 3rd such occasion in 4 years and I cannot praise enough the friendly and professional treatment I have received. Thank you!!

My son was seen by Chloe (Oral Health Educator) to have fluoride varnish. Chloe was absolutely amazing - the best Healthcare professional I have ever seen! She was incredibly person-centered to my son. Normally in a medical appointment, my son would be ignored and all the questions would be fired at me but, I literally sat in the corner amazed by Chloe communicating with my son and making him giggle and feel at ease. I would highly recommend her - particularly if your child is a little anxious about seeing a dentist. My son can't wait to see the team again at his school and loved his Minecraft stickers!

Had a very thorough check up today plus a de-scale with a new lady dentist. Although I had to wait several months as my previous dentist left, I was still impressed that I was contacted when a new dentist arrived. Very pleasant and efficient staff.

Thanks to Mr Adam Smith also the dental nurse I apologise that I didn't know your name you both went above and beyond, I received the most exceptional care when I had an infected tooth and was in pain. I couldn't ever praise this care I received highly enough, I was quite anxious although you immediately made me feel at ease with your warm welcome also patience and professionalism when explaining my options. I couldn't believe how soon you had resolved my problem along with your explanation and reassurance while having the procedure meant that all anxieties had gone along with the pain, I also have only positive experiences on all previous visits with my usual dentist you always impress me I appreciate your consistent highest standards in care you all are an amazing team. Thanks also to Penny when I phoned in that morning to enquire about an emergency appointment you couldn't have been more kind, I appreciate so much how you listened while I explained my symptoms and you really cared I again can't praise you and the service you provided highly enough. I find all the reception team are always so friendly and helpful every time when I have phoned also visited in practice you make me feel very welcome it's obvious customer service is always your company's absolute priority, I can't thank you all enough this is dental care at it's highest standard.

Such a wonderful experience this evening with my wonderful new dentist & dental nurse. I got a scale & polish without even having to ask, X-rays & a general good old MOT. Wasn’t rushed at all, just a great service. Lovely team all round.

I have had a deep rooted fear of dentists since childhood. I am now 59 years old and the trauma I had at 9 years old remains with me. I have had to have a wisdom tooth removed , this was done very easily by Caroline and nurse Ellie. They gave me loads of time , explained every step and put me at ease. They also allowed my husband to be with me. This was all done without intravenous sedation which I have had to have several times for just fillings! You are both incredible ladies , very empathetic, caring, I couldn’t of done this without your expertise and ability to put me at complete reassurance. Thank you so much , Jane Hayes xx

As a very nervous patient I opted for sedation when having my tooth out. I was put at ease by everybody and can't thank them enough. I just wish I could make this my dentist, but I know you are not taking on anymore NHS patients. They were fantastic and I am healing well thanks to everyone.

The dental surgeon Dr Caroline Warminger and the hygienist, I think her name was Ellie, who treated me were both very good. Two ladies of the highest calibre professionally. I had a wisdom tooth removed with utmost skill and care, but with the minimum of fuss. Their friendly chat helped me relax in the chair. I would, with no hesitation, recommend them.
