We have just recently used Kanes for my Nana's funeral & I honestly can't praise them enough, particularly Becky. She made the whole process absolutely perfect, without a single hitch. Can't thank them all enough & thoroughly recommend.

Exceptional service provided by Becky for my mum's funeral. Her compassion and attention to detail were beyond amazing. I can't thank Becky and Rachel enough for the support and professional manner in which they organised my father's funeral. Though it's a very busy time with lots of funerals taking place, we never once felt second best. Every request asked of them was never too much trouble, and Becky's commitment to making sure the day went without further stress was a testament to her diligence and work ethic. Rachel too was so understanding to our needs and the pressure myself and my mum was under. During all our phone calls, she was patient and truly empathic. Even with all the restrictions at the time due to COVID, both Becky and Rachel did their best to ensure my dad had a good send off. My mum couldn't say enough good things about Becky for her support on the day, and I'd echo that. If I had to distill my review into one sentence, it would that Becky and Rachel don't treat you as a client; they treat you as a friend. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic people Rachel was amazing with our entire family and helped give my nana the send off she deserved.
