The service was great, I had a lot of questions but the lady was more than happy to help.Though they messed up and turned my ripped jeans into regular jeans, I would still give this place a 5 because of the overall experience.

THE WORST SERVICE ONE CAN THINK OF. If you want to ruin a barely worn expensive piece of clothing, you can bring it to them and they will do a great job by damaging it.They claimed that were experienced in washing Moncler jackets, but managed to turn a barely worn baby jacket (worn 4-5 times max) from navy blue into pink! They claimed that the goose down inside the Moncler jacket was pink! How absurd is that?!But they are happy to offer compensation of half price of what your clothing costs despite the fact that you simply need the jacket back in its previous condition, and not half of the price of what your jacket costs. At the same time they will insist that you should have claimed the compensation from your own insurance (they compare it to a car accident, how ridiculous?!). I wonder who insures their clothing before bringing to the dry-cleaners?!BE CAREFUL AND TRY TO AVOID THEM!

I’m very gutted about their customer service. I was there to wash my mattress topper; then I realised that the washing machine wasn’t big enough. So I inquired about the laundry service, but the cost was like £65 for a double-sized washable mattress topper, which seemed overpriced compared to other companies or shops. As far as I experienced, I would get the service for £20 more or less, and some companies provide collecting and delivery service (door-to-door service) without extra cost. So I told him I would consider it as the price was out of my budget. Then, he was being rude suddenly, asking me questions in terms of another service that I had for it and prices. Once I answered, he forcibly kept saying, ‘Prove it, Show me the recipe of the service you received.’ So, I had to show him the company’s name and prices to prove it. I felt like I was being subjected to an examination by the police. It was a miserable experience. I think I will never visit this shop.
