If the Evri website says you close at 9pm then that should be the time people can expect you to close. Not getting moaned at because you have come in at half eight and hurried out the shop at 8:40. I used to rely on this shop to post Hermes/Evri parcels rather than one closer. Not anymore. I will take my business elsewhere to somewhere they can be friendlier and I can rely on the service they advertise.
