Dial-A-TV

Disgusting customer service, very rude, couldn't care less attitude. Took £10 out of my account and when that worked took another £166 out of my account and refused to give it back, all cause one payment bounced out of my bank. They take money when they feel like it instead of the correct date rung up to ask the, to refund me half of the money and only take what I owed and they refused. They can shove their cooker where the sun doesn't shine.

You really can’t fault Dial A Tv, The customer service is amazing, the prices are good and it really is hassle free. I’ve used them for well over a year now and not had 1 problem. The customer care team rings every so often to make sure your okay and everything is still working fine. Would highly recommend to anyone who would rather rent.

Don't leave reviews often but I'll make an exception. I am more than happy with the service I have received. Everything was hassle free and they are flexible with payment plans. My driver Ian was lovely. I made him coffee and chatted with him whilst he installed my cooker. I'm taking out an additional item in a few months so I would highly recommend!

Always great customer service. Kathleen handled my query today. She was efficient and called me back promptly with resolutions. A friendly, but professional manor.If any problems with goods, they have been resolved promptly and without question.I would highly recommend Dial a TV.

Disgusted with this company. They took £122 out of my account with out my permission. They save your card details and then take money randomly without permission.They took £10 first then when that worked they took £112. Absolutely disgusting company wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They also refused to give the money back.

I rent a washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher from Dial.a.Tv ...Affordable rentals with the added peace of mind if one was to brake down, Dial.a.Tv bring a replacement asap & remove the faulty one ...Staff are always polite, friendly & very helpful, I've never had a problem in the years I've been with them.

What a joke these people are. When I first ordered my goods I wasn't aware it be secondhand, first cooker broke, 5 cookers later still don't work, asked if I could have a new one as I had been with them a while, new cooker broke, grill stopped working and bad quality. I bought a new bed if the draws are broke and dryer nit great either. They like to take out random payments, £153 at first then 5 lots of ten pound came out, then just the other day another 150 came out. When I asked for proof of payments in an email they refused. I thought as a costomer I would like to know payments and what's left to pay. Bad attitude rude, I wouldn't entertain these people. Avoid!!! !!

Excellent from the start to current. No problems with dial tv, I'd recommend to anyone. I had a problem with my laptop due to my children and they gave me a straight swap like for like. Really good customer service and friendly helpful delivery drivers. The monthly prices are reasonable with direct debit date to suit.

Disgusting if I'm honest. Take an over the phone payment only a week ago, I have no direct debits set up with then nore do I have any standing orders yet, they have saved my bank detail and cleared my bank only this morning. This will not end well for them. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ONE STAR IS TO GOOD FOR THEM, ID GIVE THEM NONE.....
