I needed a marquee to celebrate a 60th bday party. From the beginning it was so easy. The website it’s very user friendly and easy to see all the options but even wen you get overwhelmed by the possibilities Paula and Neil stepped in. Neil came home to measure the space to order the right one and even gave me the option on changing the size of the marquee pending on the weather as they weren’t very busy in March. Also he suggested lots of extras like and ice machine or a heater that I would never have thought about. Then it went to the showroom to select any cutlery , chair cushions and everything else I could think of.They came and installed it 3 days before the party giving me time to decorate it and think if I needed anything else (which I didn’t cos Neil had thought about everything before me) the event was on Saturday when the weather was lovey but as the evening was getting on it got colder and colder then the heater started and we all got nice and warm again, just perfect people stayed until 3am without realising how cold it was outside the marquee.This morning first thing they came and collect everything so quickly and promptly that the garden looked like it has never been there.I cannot recommend this company enough it was an amazing job and I’ll definitely will be using them again

Neil and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect for our wedding, and we definitely had some more unusual requests! The finished product was exactly what we had dreamed of, produced to our and their very high standards and we could not have asked for anything more. They even helped us install decorations which we had made ourselves and got from another supplier. They 100% deserve 5*s!

We have used Alexander Marquees for a big event 9 years in a row and we are very happy with their services. The staff setting up/taking down all know what to do and work so efficiently together to get everything done quickly.

Hosted my daughter’s 18th Birthday in the garden. Neil was just so helpful and the set up staff were fantastic. I can definitely recommend this company for your special occasion!!

We used Alexander marquees for our large wedding and the service they provided was incredible. Neil and his team had a very difficult job and they were very professional and supportive throughout. The marquee looked incredible and you would have to pay so much more money to find a venue that was as beautiful. We were unlucky to have a very wet few days before the wedding, however the marquee never leaked and was very dry inside for the wedding.Well done and Thank You

We hired Alexander Hire to provide chairs and fairy lights at our wedding, they were very helpful and kept me up to date on the installation, even sending photos to check we were happy with how the lights had been hung across the rustic beams.Would highly recommend!!

We first booked Alexander Marquees back in the summer of 2019 when we started to plan our daughter's wedding. They were recommended to us by the school where the wedding was taking place. They clearly knew what they were doing and had everything we needed and plenty of stuff that we didn't know we needed! Unfortunately the wedding had to be postponed but we were luckily able to rebook for 2021. They have stayed in contact throughout and in the last few days before the wedding were taking instructions and calls from more people than they should have had to put up with. They rearranged their schedule to put the marquee up on a day that suited us and also rearranged when we needed the marquee taken down a day earlier. They were always at the end of the phone and came straight round to help us when we couldn't turn the lights on and also managed to rustle up an extra 200 champagne glasses I had forgotten to order! I doubt if I will ever be planning such a big event again but if I do I would certainly use them. Above all else the marquee looked absolutely beautiful!!
