Waited 20mins for 2 drinks and 2 burgers. Found they had been left on the side and forgotten about and only discovered when I chased up my order. Coke had gone warm and all ice melted, burgers were cold. Drive through and delivery orders taking priority

Rubbish food. Cold stale fries and half a portion of them. Burger had a hole in it. Salad in said burger had dirt on it. Only extra star is for speed and the staff were ok.

I don't know who does the hiring at McDonald's, Cambridge Road, but they should start to do a simple IQ test before hiring because they have messed my order up for the third time now. It baffles me how the hell they can confuse a chicken Big Mac with a regular Big Mac. It baffles me how they can confuse a caramel ice cream with a regular ice cream. It baffles me how they don't learn or seem to care. It is beyond ridiculous that they continue to offer delivery services when they clearly struggle to fulfill the most simple of orders. I order a lot from here for client meetings, but no more. Absolutely disgraceful.

McDonalds is what it is; reasonable fast food at a reasonable price, in venues that look almost identical. The only thing that differentiates them is their staff.I am an extremely 'fussy' eater, I don't want sauce, cheese, or other taste inhibiting substances on my burger, chicken, or breakfast. Until about 6 months ago, the Skelton McD's was a source of frustration and humour in equal measure, how can it be possible to misunderstand Plain quarter pounder please

I would rate this mcdonalds as good food is sometimes wrong and just warm, when going through the drive thru there was a item on the menu that I asked for which they had actually stopped doing a few days before, other than that the staff are really nice

The children enjoyed the trip to McDonald's with friends. Only downside was restricted length of time to park. Good choice of food, speedy service and, everyone cleared their plates.

Everyone likes a McDonald's. It's a busy place, the workers are understandably under pressure, and everyone should be able to understand that. But I will say that service with a smile/eye contact would go a long way. I know it's hard, but it would make a difference. Good job, though. Food was tasty.

A good place to go for a quick bite to eat when you have a bit of time. Put my car in for service at Derek slacks and this place was just over the road, ordering and paying was quick and easy and my order was ready to collect in a few minutes. As it was morning, went for the double sausage and egg muffin with hash brown and a flat white. All was good and even though this is a fast food establishment the coffee was very good.
