Excellent experience from start to finish! Helpful guy in shop fitter worked really hard.. Excellent quality rock door, excellent prices, would definitely recommend!

DO NOT BUY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Had a door Rock door fitted a couple of years ago. The price was a little cheaper than quoted elsewhere. There were problems with the door seal right from the start. The door was also difficult to close. I did report this to Chris and raised concerns that the door may not have been fitted correctly and was assured there was no problem with fitting & it would be rectified. After numerous follow up calls I was told a new seal would be ordered and new hinges would be needed too as the original hinges were not correct. After waiting for the parts for a few weeks and more follow up calls the parts were eventually fitted and the door needed to be removed from the frame. However the problems continued & I have emailed Chris a few times and he has just ignored the emails. When you visit the showroom no one is there. Chris did answer my recent call and just and said he had a part there etc and once the fitter is available he will be in touch and the problem would be corrected, although he has not been in touch since and longer answers the calls. The problem is down to poor fitting. Ignoring emails and calls suggests that there is no intention to resolve the issue. I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your money.

Excellent service. A fantastic job was done installing my Rock door. The fitter had to stay for a lot longer than anticipated due to the existing frame having been placed over another older one! He didn't complain once, just got on with the job working really hard and the end result is perfect. Over 3 years later [I know took me a while to review!] and everything is still great. No complaints whatsoever. Seems it may depend on the fitter however as the person submitting the poor review seems to have been unlucky.

from start to finish was a first class service. no mess and 1 year on my door is still perfect
