Innoscent Spa - Dog Grooming

Great little groomers we’ve been twice now and both times the service has been excellent. I asked for my dog to be clipped in a particular way the second time with attention on her muzzle, the requests were executed perfectly.The groomer and ‘receptionist’ is a pleasant and happy young lady. Our dog was comfortable during her stay with no signs of distress, she has clearly been well looked after.Contrary to the other review which is clearly spurious, we will absolutely be using this groomers again.Try it out, the price is good and the service is excellent, great little business in an accessible location.

The staff at Innoscent Spa are lovely and really help our dog Scout feel confident and relaxed!Before we discovered the Innoscent Spa we had really struggled to find a dog groomers that made Scout feel at ease, and it was starting to become a problem. However the Innoscent Spa had a really innovative approach which involved bringing our beloved pooch to the spa for short bursts of time over a couple of weeks so that she got used to the staff and the smells and sounds of the spa . After three or four trips Scout was ready for a long-awaited trim and we have never looked back!

Columbo always loves going to Innocent spa, all the staff are very friendly and look after him brilliantly. He has been today for a groom and looks fantastic - thanks to all of you.

I wouldn't take Kobi anywhere else. He is a HUGE dog, but quite nervous of water. He is so well looked after by Abbie and she does with him what he can cope with. I love the fact I can leave him there for 3 hours and not have to worry in the slightest as I know he is in the best possible hands. x

Lovely groomers, I have tried a couple of places before coming to Innoscent. I wish I had come here first! I won't look at taking my dog anywhere else, he enjoys going and the groomers are really friendly and very knowledgeable. I know he is in safe hands! I have had one occasion where a tiny bit behind his leg was missed but I called up when I got home and could take him in the next time to be rectified. No problems at all and I recommend them to everyone! We have Abby who always makes my dog feel comfortable and happy. She is great! Always grooms exactly how I ask he comes out looking gorgeous and smelling fantastic!

We are always very pleased when Mabel is picked up after Abby has groomed her as she looks and smells gorgeous and comes out feeling pampered. We have been taking Mabel since she was a puppy as they offer a settling in package which gets them used to going to the groomers gently so Mabel is happy to go on a regular basis. I ask for specific cuts to be done sometimes and they are always done as I have requested. I would highly recommend this groomers.

Great staff, really friendly and do a fab job! Location is perfect for us as it's just round the corner and we often use their sister shop ginger and browns for some great treats. Milo just got his first clip and came home looking brilliant and smelling fantastic! (You can see from the picture he was wanting to show off his new look!)

Two dogs groomed - one scalped on top but not cut underneath and left with razor tram lines on back. He's an old guy with hair loss (pointed out to the groomers) and you can see his skin. Will need to be protected from the sun until his hair grows back. Second dog barely touched. Uneven trim on back, legs a different length to body, no trimming at all of feet or paw pads or nails. Matts still under armpits, around bottom not trimmed. Both need to be re-groomed. Images taken a few days after the groom.Dad collected for me and business told him to come back if unhappy. I do not live in the area so when I saw the dogs a few days later complained by email. Was met with a very dismissive response from owner. After further email tennis, and images sent, they conceded that the feet were not good enough but the rest was subjective. Totally disagree. This business does not seem to understand the basics needed for every dog groom to ensure health and wellbeing. Wanted me to take the dogs back - I live 200 miles away so requested a refund. Then they wanted a phone call - my complaint is clear and in writing but was happy to have a phone call if it was to sort the refund out. Have heard nothing since.Better, and cheaper, groomers in the Northwich area. I have used a few of the Four Paws group with great results and about 25% cheaper.

Milo has been going here for about two years, they always cut him well,he loves going and smells lovely
