Used forum autos a few times not happy at all with the service or the work quality. Went in for full service and wheel bearing change he ended up doing 3 wheel bearings without contacting me to tell me the work needed doing. All work cost over £700.as for the full service he did last Tuesday I checked the oil on the Saturday and it was empty.no way did he put oil in my car and he charged us for it.its lucky my engine never siezed up.the garage are rip off merchants. I know of 3 people who are very unhappy with their work.

I have been using Forum Autos for over two years now. I initially went there because they were close to my place of work and it was convenient. I now use them for both of our family cars since from my own experience and garages I have used in the past, they are second to none! Fantastic service and complete honesty every time. I will definitely keep using them and cannot recommend the team highly enough!

Been using forum Autos for a couple of years now, after my dad has been using them for years. Great guys, helpful, reliable and know their stuff. I still use them even after moving from Coventry to Tamworth, taking my cars over and cycling back and forth if they need it overnight etc.

I have been taking my car vehicle her for a long time. The staff are brilliant and go above and beyond, to get my vehicle in at very short notice. I would highly recommend and have sent friends who have been amazed with the service. They will never rip you off like some garages. Thank paul and Stuart for all you help and getting me back on road.
