We had a viewing of a place in Bramley yesterday just after 2pm. A couple of hours after that, the house was let agreed.This was the house we wanted, and didn't arrange any other viewings. We probably should've done, as we never had the chance to view the property.I'm shocked and disappointed by the conduct of Homebuyers, shocked that we took the opportunity to view it in good faith, believing that we would have the opportunity to apply for it.Very unlikely to go near this company again.

Fantastic service for over 10 years. Very thorough house inspections. Homebuyers ensured that any issues with the property were also reported to me promptly and they also supported with ensuring all repairs were undertaken with little delay. Overall, incredibly supportive and professional staff who are in the business of looking after both their landlords and tenants. Would highly recommend to anyone who either wants to rent out a property or is looking for a place to let. Huge thanks to the whole team for all your help over the years.

We rented a property through Homebuyers for 3 years. Their fees were reasonable and we were able to go onto a rolling contract at the end of our initial period. They were always polite and professional, responding to emails and calls quickly and resolving any issues. When we gave notice to leave, they provided useful information on the process and tips on how to reduce the risk of deposit deductions. Finally, despite us leaving just before Xmas, they managed to get the house inspection and any remedial works done quickly so we could get our deposit back with minimum delay, plus the deductions that were made were fair and proportionate.

Dishonest and unprofessional. Tried to keep our deposit for various things we complained about during the tenancy (Landlord’s responsibility) and that were never fixed. Then returned deposit in full when their dishonestly was brought to light with hard evidence. Borderline illegal trying to pin issues on us that were documented before the house was let to us. They didn’t even try to put it through the DPS after this came to light as they knew they would get to keep nothing, which speaks volumes. Sent me a picture of a hair on a toilet cistern, how much is that going to cost to clean off!? House was filthy when we moved in so I don’t know how they had the audacity.

Me and my partner are moving to Pudsey from Carlisle and were in town for a couple of days to find a home to rent. We are not overly familiar with the area so visited 4 local agencies to see what was available.We were both very impressed with the staff at Homebuyers who actually spent a decent amount of time with us showing us what was available and explaining about the locality and what we could expect when we move here shortly. Please to confirm that we also found the perfect place to move into and we both can't wait. Keep up the great work.

Useless and unprofessional. We encountered and reported several maintenance issues in our rented property which were either sorted months after reporting or not at all. We decided to leave the property early because of all the problems we had encountered and homebuyers agreed to us leaving but then charged us extra for doing so! When it came to giving deposits back, they tried to charge us for maintenance issues that we had reported at the beginning of our tenancy that were never fixed! They also tried to charge us for missing items that never existed in the first place. They ended up taking money off our deposits for cleaning (which didn’t need to take place in the first place) and sent us a forged invoice from a made up company. I am so glad we left this awful company. DO NOT RENT WITH THESE CROOKS

Absolutely appalling service. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff working both in the shop and running the emails. When returning the keys from a rented property the member of staff who we handed them to should not be working in a customer based environment. She was quite possibly the rudest person i have ever had to deal with. After dealing with multiple estate agents over the years i can honestly say this is the worst estate agent i have ever dealt with.

This agency is not aware and don't control standard procedures. They hire poor subcontractors (mostly-not all of them are bad), ignore serious H&S issues. Not tenants friendly at all! And not landlords friendly either at the same time.

I would give zero stars if I could. If you are looking to rent a property and it is down to this Agents or another as the final two in question, choose the other. Even if this is the sole one remaining, wait for another Rental Property to come on the Market!! You will regret doing otherwise. They never clean properties before your Move In Date (just read the other reviews to prove it isn't just us who encountered this issue), and seldom reply to issues you have, or at least fob you off with nonsense Emails to delay as solution. When it comes to reclaiming your Deposit, they are even more of a joke if possible. They will send someone who has no idea or any pictures or notes from when you first moved in and check for cleanliness, basically anything they can say is certainly down to you, and then slap a huge deduction on your Deposit for what would be a cheap Cleaning Bill. Should wear masks and striped jumpers if you ask me!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
