Yet again I have bought a fresh loaf of stale bread.When I am rushing around quickly don't always remember to check the best buy dates. I will not use any Morrisons again. The only shop I know that leaves stale bread and other stuff out of date on there selves.

Doesn't always have lots of stock in. Can go weeks without the item you need. Says offers to work then doesn't. Morrisons more card doesn't have any money off certain items for a few weeks. Gone down hill past few months ever since takeover. Really expensive. Best to shop at sainsbury. Feel like staff don't care about helping customers out as asked one if they had any peppers and he shook his head no. When then asked someone else he went out back to have a look and came out with 3 pack of peppers. Now got new more card as changed it but when you log on to check what offers are on you have to put a code in which doesn't work first time. Says valid for 30 minutes. More like seconds. Then after requesting a new one it says to busy for traffic use. Really useless

Since the new store opened a few Mile's away there seems to be a trend of broken & empty freezers, low stock and a shortage of staff (improvements have happened & freezers fixed for now). Regular staff are great & really helpful. The local GP has closed but hoping the pharmacy's will stay. New morrisons deals are helpful although as this is a smaller store they are not always here.

Well laid out supermarket and offers clearly marked to help as far as I could tell. However staff shortage is apparent

A good supermarket for it's limited size. Good size car park and very convenient for C2 bus service.Morrisons has now opened a larger Chelmsford store which is much larger.All of the staff are friendly and helpfull - so it's just like visiting an old village store once they know you.

I did enjoy shopping here, got some cards for someone and some groceries. It was good experience as it allows you to get most of your daily needs at one place.

Lovely friendly place to shop. Car park is also used for school parents parking and doctors parking. The store do not do nothing about those who park in the disabled parking bays without a badge. Deliveroo bike drivers like riding their motorbikes on the footpaths and like mouthing off when confronted about disobeying the highway code with no consideration to pedestrians.
