I’ve been here a few times now. Staff are always super friendly. The prices are great and the quality is phenomenal. The fact they have someone on site means you can get repairs and cleans same day. I can’t recommend enough

I had my 20 year old eternity ring resized after it had been incorrectly sized during a repair by a jeweller elsewhere. I felt the previous jeweller was disinterested and not very polite. Custom & Co were really friendly and did the ring in less than an hour at a very reasonable price! I’m so pleased with the result - it looks unbelievably shiny and sparkly, like new. Lovely people and a real find. I will certainly come again if I need jewellery altered. Thank you so much!

I visited Custom & Co with the desire to purchase a one-of-a-kind bespoke cross pendant with a leaf/vine engraving. However, after seeing the team’s passion, skill, and devotion to their craft, I happily decided on two more unique designs which included a lion ring and owl ring. All of these designs were outside of the ordinary and deeply meaningful to me. I’m very happy to say that the team at Custom & Co went above and beyond to make my vision a reality. Although there were a few logistical setbacks, these were usually due to third parties and the Custom & Co team always pulled through to make sure I received my jewellery on time and to the highest quality. Altogether, my bespoke designs were respected, treated with care, and brought to life to a standard that far exceeded my expectations. I will honestly treasure my new bespoke jewellery for the rest of my life!From start to finish, I had the lovely Emma to guide me through all the various bespoke ideas, design features, logistics, and financing options. She always respected my budget and vision for the projects which cannot be said of many other jewellers. I’m very grateful for her kind demeanour and friendly customer service that put me at ease from day one. She is an absolute credit to the Custom & Co team with a clear gift of creativity and made my experience a truly exciting, special, and happy one. I can honestly say that, of the many shops I have visited in Bluewater over the years, I have not experienced such a high standard of diligent, honest, friendly, and caring customer service which serves as a shining example to all. To those who shop here, please remember from my personal experience that Ben and his team are not limited to wedding bands, engagement rings, and repairs alone. If you have a unique, quirky, or out of the ordinary design, they do not disappoint!Overall, I would argue that Custom & Co not only brings the diamond standard of the Hatton Garden experience to Kent but the very heart of devoted, personal care to the everyday person as well. We found this great jeweller while shopping. Long story short, our wedding rings look like new again. One of them even made a bit smaller and narrower. All in an hour or so and for a reasonable price.Very happy customers and would recommend without reservation. Excellent.

Asked for the diamond from my engagement ring to be re-set into a sentimental diamond band that was gifted to me. This required a new collet. We were quoted a week which we were happy with and thought this was a really quick turnaround. My ring was delayed 4 times due to a staff member ordering the wrong part twice. Mistakes happen however, we receieved no updates or notice of this and only found out about the delays when ringing to double check it was ready before making an unnecessary trip. The manager was really rude to us when we called. Fast forwarded to collecting the ring today, my engagement ring was presented to me in a plastic ziplock bag which I don’t think is an appropriate way to present it. My mother in law also had a ring made a few weeks prior and this was presented in a box. Not only that, but the collet is crooked and the diamond has not been placed into the collet straight. My partner took the ring back to store and they admitted that it was rushed. What was meant to be a sentimental and exciting moment for myself and my partner was completely ruined. You should be embarrassed.

A family-run jewellers who have been creating jewellery by hand for generations (and it shows) Their knowledge and creativity made us feel absolutely certain that our wedding rings were in the safest hands. What we love most about Custom & Co is their passion for what they do and the transparency they provide. They aren’t trying to convince anyone to splash out on the most expensive materials like many others on the market. They’re down to earth people who go to great lengths to create the best with what you can afford. My partner and I had visited many jewellers and tried on multiple rings before we came across Custom & Co in Bluewater. We were ready to call it a day. Picking wedding rings felt like a daunting task and the conflicting/contradictory information we got from various jewellers didn’t help. I’m so glad I managed to convince my partner to try one more jewellers that day. From our first consultation with Luis he was welcoming, honest, clearly very knowledgeable in his field, and had a great sense of humour (which instantly put us at ease) he was transparent about the entire process from start to finish. No jargon, no fuss. Just solid facts and honest advice. Not only this, but Luis and his team created the most perfect wedding ring I could’ve ever imagined (based on just a couple of inspo pics) it was made completely bespoke and fits around my pear shaped engagement ring beautifully. The whole team really went above and beyond to to take care of us throughout the process. I’ve recommended them to everyone! We can’t wait to wear our rings!
