Went to Llandudno and Snowdonia on a weekend trip, led by Costa, the coach driver/tour manager. The Marine hotel was friendly and my room just right for me. Fabulous bed, superb shower and great food. Costa could not have done more to make sure that every individual was looked after. Collecting people up at the end of day trips at spots that were easier for people with walking difficulties rather than trekking to the coach park. Always happy, always approachable,and always available.The weekend was really great and it was my first venture with Shearings, but I’m already planning a trip to Scarborough next yearThank you allKathie

Really really poor communication and not very cooperative about basic things e.g sending us an invoice. Unbothered about providing customer service. Was quite nervous leaving the transportation of our wedding guests to them after reading other reviews, on top of our own issues we had already encountered. Decided not to go with them in the end which saved a lot of stress on the day I'm sure. Avoid!

Can't fault the actual drivers who were both very friendly and doing their job. But must say that the organisation and communication from higher management in this company is awful.As an experienced company communication is the key to any successful business.

Picked up one of your coaches on Monday from Rugby hoping to be dropped off at Cobham services ,shearings hsd other ideas so we were taken to Victoria then Sutton then to our drop off point at Epsom . It took four hours .your driver Alex was amazing ,her driving was excellent and we had enjoyable journey .well done Alex

We have just been taken on a tour of Normandy beaches with Lachlan Macmillan as our driver. He was absolutely superb: nothing too much trouble, he was very much one of the group, great fun. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thank you!

Great experience for a French school trip in London, the two drivers (Junior and Declan) were very professional but also incredibly nice. We loved their adaptability and their sense of humour. The kids loved them both and we hope to meet them again for our next trip next year. Thank you so much!

In an overtaking manoeuvre, as I passed and was about to pull in the bus driver decides to accelerate in what I can only say is an extremely dangerous and vindictive undertake for no reason forcing me into oncoming traffic to avoid a collision with the bus. Seems as though courteous and professional driving isn’t one of their strong points. Only reason there wasn’t a head on collision is because the oncoming traffic moved over. Not what caring for your passengers and professionalism is about.

our coach was late by an hour claiming there was “traffic” when traffic is the norm around this area. we were stuck in the rain with 40 pupils and now we all have colds

I only give one star because there's no option for zero stars. Horrible bus company, people in charge (Brian and Tim) are rude and disrespectful, they hang up the phone on you, they don't apologise for being late, extremely late (sometimes over half hour, sometimes they just don't show up at all). They will ruin your event, don't deal with them, hire another company ASAP. It's mostly because they try to get extra money taking other jobs just before your agreed service time, regardless of the fact that they will be late for your appointment. They literally don't care at all.

Dangerously and inconsiderately parked coach. - YN18 SFY was parked on 12 August less than 2 metres from my drive, completely blocking visibility to the right and causing traffic to have to veer across the centre line of the road. Both driver and the company seem unaware of the the Highway Code provision on causing obstruction, not to mention common sense and courtesy to others.
