Big thanks to Ross for his help with our build.I reached out for architectural drawings for a timber framed, single storey extension and he supplied immaculate, detailed drawings that allowed my build to complete with no issues.He was always available to answer any technical questions and managed his relationships with the structural engineers and building control team very effectively.His measured approach and ability to manage expectations and budgets created a relaxed environment during meetings and allowed us to feel part of the creative experience.We can't recommend Initiate Architecture enough and we will have no hesitation in asking for their help on future projects.

Initiate Architecture is wonderful. Ross has a real feel for heritage and a sure touch when it comes to marrying the owner's wishes with the constraints of a listed building. He is clearly personally invested in the built heritage and, in our case, that has been an important aspect of the end result. He also shows a personal empathy in the somewhat difficult circumstances that can face a householder in an old/listed/important building. We're grateful.
