An amazing service which has transformed my running experience. As a relatively new runner and way past my 20s (and indeed 40s), I was getting frequent injuries which was demoralising. Adam worked with me over 3 months with a thorough assessment which resulted in custom-insoles. What is refreshing is that there is genuine interest in your story and strong desire to improve things for you - which they have for me. Highly recommended.

Following foot surgery I went along for a gait assessment with Adam and was subsequently fitted for custom insoles. It has been like magic! I can stand on my toes again and walking has got much easier. I was worried that I'd not be able to walk comfortably, far less regain my previous level of fitness but now I believe I will.At all times Adam was friendly and professional and I would highly recommend this business and Adam in particular.
