My late father in law banked at this particular branch of TSB,( Tyburn RD) a few months prior to his passing we noticed large sums of money being removed from his account, we made many cas to this bank telling them this was happening, only to be met with a couldn't care less attitude, even though thay knew him very well,Never bank with TSB ,the staff are incompetent and useless

I was just walking from the cafe past TSB to go to UKBlinds . It was raining and my bacon sandwich was getting soaked . Lucky for me a gentleman from TSB was standing outside the bank handing out umbrellas to passers by . Now I realise why I bank with these guys they literally saved my bacon . Thank you TSB Pyle Hayes

Lovely, friendly staff. Not too keen on the idea of having to use the deposit machine to put money into my account though. Call me old fashioned but I preferred making a deposit with a person instead of a machine.

You'd think a bank would have some clever so and so that would update Google to say they are permanently closed wouldn't you? What a joke. And why is it closed? Some vague remarks about COVID and not that they can't be arsed yo pay staff to look after people's money. Feel sorry for the staff that were probably laid off to keep your astronomical profit

I needed statements on a closed account, twice! Every time I had great help from the employees. I noticed there is a bit of a waiting time, but it's not the employees fault and people need to understand that.

Fabulous staff that def go that extra mile to help you. Small branch no many members of staff can get quiet busy but once you do get seen your surely in safe hands.

Went in 3 times to get some records amended, gave my bank and contact details, promised I'd hear something once done, IGNORED. Rang in CUT OFF , rubbish service.

After looking on line for opening hours I got to the bank just after 4pm the bank closes at 5pm but what it did not say is the counter closes at 4pm the staff said it is on their website somewhere?????I could not see it on the page I was looking at. Not happy.
