Had a wiring connector with some rodent damage I bought in for repair. Paid £120+ for this repair that lasted 2 weeks.Brought it back in, was “fixed” again. £60+ only to last for a few hours this time. So I took it to an auto electrician to have a closer look.Turns out they saw fit to use superglue in the connector with poorly terminated wires. Meaning the connector could not be dismantled and re used. I can’t think of any situation this is an acceptable method of repair.More time, money, and effort spent trying to fix this cowboy job and unnecessary damage to the car being in limp longer than needed.These guys appeared to be good and knowledgeable, but I will not let them touch the car again.

Left for overall diagnosis but they straigth away started to change clutch and had no choice but to pay for replacement. Assured me everything else is fine but it was far from truth. They have damaged engine mounts that were absolutely fine before so know I need to fix it. I had to go back 3 times with various problems post fixing. Owner offered 50% discount for fixing suspension yet in the end charged me 80%. Very expensive, 65 pounds an hour is a joke guys. There are cheaper and more honest mechanics in Clevedon.

Very helpful and experienced guys, fixed my clutch on my black E46 bmw in 2021 and even though my car has a complex smg gearbox they took it in and fixed it. Would recommend them fully..will be back too this garage if my car needs fixing.

Very quick and at a reasonable price. I took my audi A6 to have the water pump and timing belt replaced. But I've been going to Autotek for the last 6 years with my Audi and my wife's Passat. Definitely would recommend.

Put my 2015 Allroad in for new cam chains, the standard water leak in the V, gearbox oil flush & change & a full service. So big job.Took a week, which was very reasonable, got the car back, then a few days later drove 150 miles to look after my mother who’d broken her wrist (at 89, not a good thing), in Portsmouth, strong smell of burning oil all the way, checked the oil level, it needed 1.5L.Had a quick check underneath, clear signs of oil, so Called Autotek, their advice was not to drive it, but without even asking, they then sent a truck to pick it up and ordered a new set of seals for the cam chain job from Audi, (as there was no way to ID the failed seal without another strip down).They had the car for almost another week, found and replaced a number of leaking seals, then found that one of the rocker covers was also leaking, so I paid for that part, they offered to cover the Labour on that AND did a DPF clean at no cost to me.I can’t praise them enough, they insisted on getting the car back, the additional work hours were probably close to the original job.Most Professional and courteous garage and bunch of engineers I’ve come across. If it’s an Audi, VW etc, these ARE the guys to go to!

Autotek have just given me outstanding service. They fitted me in twice, at very short notice, when I needed work done on my VW T6 before going away. They did a very good job at a reasonable price. Staff are business like, friendly and 109% reliable. I will now, only go to Autotek in Clevedon.

A good, reliable and trustworthy place. They know their stuff. They will give you an honest opinion. Sometimes that means spending more (but spending once), and sometimes they tell you to spend less as work is not needed! Anything Audi then take to them. Will continue to use for future Audi’s
