Steven is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his work, he today has saved me thousands by diagnosing a problematic viessmann boiler. I managed to get the part the same day and he came back immediately to repair it. What a good guy!

Brilliant service from Steve, called up with a broken boiler and he was around the following day and had it fixed by lunchtime. Lovely fella who was happy to answer any question I had, what more could you want?! Top marks 10/10

5 Star service and 5 star guy. Steve's wife is lovely and helpful too. Steve came out of his way to do some work for me and didn't even get a brew as I had no milk !! It was really freezing in my property and the jobs took longer (not his fault) He did an excellent job and was really patient with me - explaining what needed doing along the way. He was friendly and very reasonably priced compared to other quote I had. I will definitely use him again and will make sure I have a hot brew ready next time. Thank you Steve :-)

Never came back to finish a simple job. Not replying to contact. Seems jobs that are small are no good to a lot of self employed people. had to sort my job with someone else.

First time I have used Steve and he came to service 2 boilers and a cooker in my hotel. He did a proper service and changed a few parts. Previous engineers I have used must not have been doing their job properly. Would 100% be using Steve only from now on. The price was also very good, thank you so much.
