He did not bother even looking at me when i walked in and waiting for someone to help me. He was on the phone then he hung up, then nothing he kept checking the magazine or catalog whatever it was. Not gonna be bother even visit this place ever again. I wanted to give 0 stars but unfortunately wasnt an option here.

They said the would be open at 7.15 onWeb site and i drove 20min to get there and it was closed . On the door it said due to Covid they wouldn't be open until 8amAfter waiting for an hour to open know one turned up so went to another merchant in Villiers road who was open.Very poor service and should amend there Web site for opening times and be there when they say the time.

We bought a shower fitting from them more than 10 years ago but no longer had the receipt. The mixer valve became blocked. They were extremely obliging and spent a lot of time trying to identify the model and source a replacement part. We highly recommend them.

Friendly staff and very professional.Our toilet flush seal needed replacing and after getting a reasonable quote from them, they sent over a plumber to look into the problem and it was fixed the same day.I would highly recommend them!

I strongly recommend this shop for the level of professional help I received, two times they have suggested me the right part to fit and I solved 2 important problems in my flat for probably 4-5 pounds in total...a professional plumber would have costed me in the hundreds. Those guys are priceless.
