Extremely unprofessional team it is. They just bothered about the payments and all once it’s all done you can’t reach them out. I shifted to a property on the 7th July, since then we are try to reach out to the agents because we have multiple concerns related to the property. And it’s been 10 days we are not able to reach out to them where they can get everything resolved.Every time you call them a different person picks phone, and if you ask them to speak to the specific person he/she is never available. Nobody has update on our concerns, they just keep dragging things saying you’ll get an update by tomorrow.Living in a property, were the washing machine and oven is not working, mattress is in extremely bad condition, taps keep leaking, and lot more, it is so impossible to survive.Am I paying the rent and bills to live in this condition.DARLOWS has the worst customer service, they do not care about their customers at all. Plus you can’t even reach out to the landlords, as you don’t get any information about them.It is so unfair on us, even after paying so much amount we don’t get anything.

Recently purchased a property from the rumney branch, Tom was the estate agent who was dealing with the sale. I can honestly say he was outstanding and I cannot thank him enough! I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else! He’s super friendly and helpful and always went above and beyond to get things done! He’s been incredibly patient with me and kept me up to date the whole process! Definitely the best estate agent I’ve worked with! He’s made everything a lot less stressful than it could have been! Couldn’t recommend Tom enough!
