Ordered a phone last week on my wife’s account, paid for dpd delivery and missed the delivery today… now have to wait till next week….. dont order from clove if you would like a fast service….

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE on a Thursday night and received it on Saturday which was a nice surprise as I thought it was coming on Monday. Very fast dispatch and very positive experience with this store! Phone is perfect and was at a great price.

I located in United States. I was kind of worry about this purchase.... should I trust big amount of money to a company on a different continent.Let me tell you. My experience was amazing.I got my Huawei Mate XS on a second day !!!!!!!!Clove store is way to go ! Definitely recommending. Purchased a mobile phone from Clove Technology recently and was extremely impressed with the service.The phone itself was great value, and the delivery service was first class. Ordered on the Friday and it arrived on the Monday safe and sound.Excellent work.

scam artists.. Reduced original offer claiming phone had scratches which it did NOT have! the photos they sent me were not of my phone ! I have pics from before I sent them the phone as proof..

***Update***Sent the handset to another company, who have ran there industry wide testing tool, found nothing wrong and actually offered me more than Clove did for there original figure!Would I recommend this company? Absolutely not!Sent a phone to them to be recycled, initial quote was £80, was fully expecting this to be reduced. They offered £7 due to only the headphone jack was not working (everything else was fine), to be fair I'd never used it due to using wireless, on receiving the handset back I tested the jack with wired headphones, they worked perfectly.Be warned and be careful with this company.

Brought two used Pixel mobiles and each one in excellent condition. Together with very fast delivery make this an excellent company to deal with.

DO NOT BUY! I bought a refurbished iPhone which was meant to be in excellent condition however when I looked at the battery health it was only at 80% which is very low. I then sent it back and requested them to replace the battery and they just refunded it. On top of this communication was really bad and this process took ages, what a waste of time and hassle. They knew perfectly well what they were doing, please guys remember to check your battery health because they will try and scam you :)

Advertising as Alcatel 1se but it's a 1se lite, these have fault I already have one, hence price,Ask to return due to wrong product but going to cost me to return even though it's there mistake, so sold for £60.00 hence one star

I purchased a phone from them. Within the year a fault developed. Original contact was from Dan who said to send it to a company (I won't name) and there was no need to contact them 1st. I decided to contact the company and they said they were unable to assist with a warranty repair as my phone was not for the uk/eu market. I got this verified with phone manufacturer. I went back to clove who are now not replying to emails. I have tried to contact them via Amazon (where I purchased the phone from) and directly. I have sent emails and provided them with the proof that they requested and now they have gone silent.At this time all I can say do not buy from them or trust them.
