We are absolutely overjoyed with our new log burner which has transformed our living room into a modern, cosy and contemporary room with a beautiful new focal point. You can see from the before and after pictures what a difference a new log-burner has made to our living room.Rob and Ruth were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us through the purchase and works required for our new log-burner. We opted for the Dean Forge Dartmoor 5 Eco with a Riven slate hearth and a Clovelly Inglebeam. A visit to the showroom with advice from Rob enabled us to finalise our decision on the finish and hearth.The team who carried out the works were friendly, tidy, professional and hard-working and we are very pleased with the work they carried out and the overall finish, they did a fantastic job!We would highly recommend The Tinderbox Stoves & Fireplaces.

Team were conscientious and tidy on the day of installation and the recommended stove is perfect for the space. I would 100% recommend The Tinderbox, we have just had a new stove fitted which required a lot of work due to the existing fireplace and I am so pleased with the end result!My partner and I went round a few local showrooms but we knew we wanted to go with Rob as soon as he started talking us through our options - he is really friendly and has a real passion for what he does! Ruth even looked after our baby whilst we had a look around - they really are lovely people!The guys who completed the work were also really friendly, tidy and like I said have done a great job!

We have our new fireplace since Sept-20 now and we are so so pleased. The team were fantastic from helping us to choose the right fire, all the way to showing us how to light it for the first time. It is now my favorite part of our lounge. We had an internal chimney breast fitted to add character to the room, the existing one is on the outside. Worth every penny. I could not recommend them enough. Still working on the room so ignore the furniture and the carpet!

Cannot recommend enough!Couldn't be happier with our fireplace. You can see from the before picture we wanted to remove the old gas 1960s fireplace and replaced with a wood burner.Showroom is great, endless choice of different types of fireplaces and stoves. You can mix and match to have exactly what you want.Fantastic communication and the team on site were on time, clean double checked details with us and polite with minimal disruptionIt looks amazing!
