CW Skip Hire Redditch

Couldn't of asked for a better guy was on time with skip and placed skip where i asked him to.Very reasonable price and very helpful and polite.Would definitely use again in the future :)

We hired a skip from CW and was very pleased! After contacting many other skip hires in Redditch they were both the best priced of all & dropped the skip to us on the same day. Would recommend and would certainly use again

I never write reviews but felt it necessary with this one to warn others of this disgraceful man.I had a skip for clearing the garden and can't fault delivery as had the same day. Arranged collection for a week later and when he arrived he started throwing things off the skip and luckily I was there as hate to think what would have been left on my drive if I wasn't. The skip was not over loaded in fact we had used an old swing seat to flatten it. The swing seat was on top of the skip horizontal not adding any further height to it yet he decided he would throw that off too.Please do not use this company he was very rude especially when I asked why he wouldn't take the stuff I had paid to use the skip....He said I was being greedy and leave it for the scrap man!! 0 customer service or any service!Reply to owner following his response-1- yes I asked at time of delivery about burning rubbish and do not feel that adds anything to this response as I feel it was a reasonable question to ask as not having a skip before. I at least asked!2- whilst I was aware I would have more rubbish, I had in fact, taken it to the skip before you collected the skip as not to over fill your skip. I still have lots of work to do on the garden for another time so did not overload the skip which I have pictures of.3- you intimidated a woman on her own just throwing rubbish off on you own descretion that added no extra height to the skip. These extra few items would not have caused danger to drivers as would not fall off the skip as your netted the top of the skip like any other skip company would however full.4- you did not talk to me about taking the rubbish off in any normal polite manner, you just threw it onto my garden and when I asked why you said leave it for the scrap man!5-what you left was a flat small kids football net, the swing base to a garden swing and a branch/twig- and only stopped when I questioned you.6- you left this rubbish as clearly wanted to only dispose of garden waste which is clearly cheaper to do, although I don't know why you there a branch off!7- I asked you to collect the skip only a week after delivery as I was respectful of the fact it was going to snow that week and didn't want to cause you or other drivers issues with having a skip full of snow. Also my work was done in the garden due to the coming weather issues and thought it was a polite thing to do in allowing your skip to be available sooner to others!8- you were a rude bully intimidating a woman on her own- I don't think you would have behaved quite the same if my partner wasn't away in the services or my son's had been at my house!

I have used CW skip hire several times now and I have always found Chris to be reliable and honest, I had a query about if I could put a certain item in the skip as Im aware waste is highly regulated these days, his information was prompt and very helpful, I would not have a hesitation using this company again.Thank you for such great serviceGrant

Needed a skip for garden clearance, arrived nice and early, owner was very polite and professional, made sure everything I was going to be putting in was okay, called to say I was finished with it and was collected quickly, would highly recommend.

Just perfect! Great communications, great price, all round great customer service, couldn't have been easier from first phone call to check price and availability through to final collection. Wouldn't think twice about recommending to anyone! Much better than local alternatives. Keep up the good work. Will definitively use again. :-)

Excellent service. I needed a small (2 cu yds) skip quickly and it was delivered immediately. What could and could not be added to the skip was clearly stated. It was removed very soon after my call. Good price and friendly, helpful service. Will use again, I'm sure.

excellent service skip was delivered when they said. then the snow came I asked if it was ok to keep the skip. no problem was the reply. with the snow and rain I had the skip for almost double the time. there was no hassle, very understanding and help full. came and collected on time . will be using again when the better weather arrives .
