I started my fitness journey with Woody during lockdown. His enthusiasm and energy are really engaging but more than that, it's the community that has been created that makes you feel part of something really special.Although this is a home work out, it still manages to be professional without feeling corporate. Great work out last night. I did not feel exhausted at the end, but this morning I can feel that my muscles worked.Charlie is competent and approachable and can adapt the sessions to my needs (my poor back says thank you!).Also he is friendly and very fast in communication. I am a busy person, but the sessions are at the right time and the right length. You can have a personalised plan depending on your needs. Give it a go and you will never regret it!

Charlie's classes are professional and sometimes challenging , but most of all he makes them fun!!!I would highly recommend Woodys Health and Fitness
