i ordered a ring from them on 25th september 2020 they told me 6 weeks so it was due back the 30th october 2 days after last lockdown when they opened 4 weeks ago i went in there still not back so now it is 14 weeks i have been waiting to get ring it is a joke dont get jewellery adjusted by them would not have bought from them if i knew i had to wait nearly 4 months and still no sign of it

Refusing to give a refund on engagement ring after stating that refunds are allowed !!!Poor customer service an engagement ring is should always be refundable.
