We signed up for a business account in December 2016 and were astonished with the professional, courteous service.The service was prompt and to the minute in terms of delivery of router plus the engineer arrival time who was knowledgeable and really helpful. The engineer ensured we were up and running and helped configure our computers; and did not leave until we understood through showing us the speed and how to request ongoing help – what a difference from other suppliers!We are so happy with the service that we fully endorse this service provider. They are so responsive and helpful that we have recently ordered further services as a result of the fantastic service.And “no” we do not work for them nor receive special privileges because of this review but we can’t contemplate ever being without them on future services.Well done Crystal Clear Communications Ltd – a breath of fresh air that takes the hassle out of communications.We are a happy small business with their support in Bournemouth, Dorset.
