Had my first ever wedding dress appointment at Milan Bridal yesterday and I couldn't possibly have had a better experience.Although the shop looks smaller and unassuming the range of dresses is truly expansive and growing all the time, the options I saw were very much to my taste but I believe that anyone would be hard pressed to NOT find something they loved there.The fitting room was lovely, private and with plenty of space, great lighting and mirrors, I booked in advance but went on my own as my booking was spur of the moment and a bit daunting to me but there was lots of room, drinks and nibbles provided for any guests that wish to accompany the bride. I'll definitely opt to bring people with me next time! The afternoon tea set out was much appreciated as I had chance to think over what I had tried on and I always find clothes shopping of any kind can be a bit overwhelming, let alone the most important dress of your life, but I wasn't rushed and felt very welcome.The knowledge & experience of Helen went such a long way to helping me on my bridal journey, having never tried any wedding dresses before I didn't have much idea of what I wanted. Luckily the one that caught my eye in the always beautiful shop window display was just the inspiration I needed to help me find what I really want. Helen made me feel completely comfortable and supported in the dresses I picked out and came up with some absolutely stunning picks when I was at a loss, being completely new to this.I have come away with a much better idea of my dream wedding dress and no worries at all about sizing or pricing. I hope to soon return to say yes to an amazing dress from Milan Bridal, probably wouldn't go anywhere else now!

If there were more stars I would give them! Helen and her team were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. I can’t recommend them enough.The dress choices were super varied and there is definitely something for everyone. I found mine on my first visit and actually within minutes of entering the shop! The price point is also perfect for those looking for high quality and beautiful gowns without the ridiculously disproportionate price tags.Helen even came to each alteration appointment on her own time to make sure the tailors were getting it absolutely perfect I genuinely cannot thank her enough for how incredible her support has been. If you are looking for a bridal shop, you can’t do better than Milan Bridal!

The best experience!Helen was absolutely amazing and so accomodating to me and 2 of my bridesmaids even with a lovely afternoon tea and some prosecco. I tried on a few dresses and styles and Helen was so informing of each brand and style and encouraged me to try on different styles which I loved! I didn't know my budget at the time so I came back a few times after once I knew my budget and Helen was so helpful letting me know my options.I ended up finding my dream dress, and Helen helped me so much with telling me everything I needed to know about any alterations and was honest with me. I struggle a lot with my body confidence but she made me feel so beautiful and helped me find the one! We even tried some accesoories and veils too which added so much to the dress itself!I was very nervous at first as it was my first time trying on a dress but the whole experience and vibe of the shop made me feel a lot calmer, would 100% recommend, gorgeous dresses, beautiful shop and just astounding service :))

Booked my sister a surprise appointment at Milan Bridal as she was very apprehensive about trying on wedding dresses. From the minute we met Helen she was knowledgeable and welcoming, she knows everything there is to know about dresses and put her at ease immediately. We fell in love with 2 dresses and will be making another appointment to try them again. Loved our experience at Milan Bridal and will be recommending to everyone.

Could not recommend Milan Bridal enough! Fantastic range of dresses which Helen was more than happy for us to work our way through. The bride now has an exact idea of what she wants thanks to Helen being so helpful and patient.Afternoon tea and bubbles just topped everything off. No pushy sales tactics, just a warm welcome, extensive knowledge and a lovely experience all round. Thanks Helen, we will be back!

I had been to a few bridal dress appointments before Milan Bridal, but this shop put all the others to shame! The shop is absolutely stunning, and the staff go above and beyond to help you find your perfect dress. I love that the dressing room was upstairs, giving you privacy. For a free appointment, they provide you with cakes, sandwiches, drinks, and even a lovely little goody bag at the end!

Amazing personal service. Had my bridal dress appointment today with my mum. I was anxious and self conscious. The service was amazing and made me feel at ease.The room is perfect and intimate. The whole experience was memorable.We went at our pace...had time to take photos and discuss whilst having a cuppa and cake.Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Milan bridal was my second dress shopping appointment and I could not possibly have asked for a better experience. I will be insisting my friends make this their first stop when looking for a dress. Helen was so welcoming and her collection of dresses was wonderful. She encouraged myself and my guests to explore the full range of dresses and shared her knowledge of the designers and styles to help us pick the ones I wanted try on. There was no rush and we were welcome to really enjoy the whole process.Once in the fitting area, my guests enjoyed the little afternoon tea provided while Helen helped my with the dresses. The atmosphere created by the beautifully appointed private fitting area is so lovely and really helped make the afternoon feel special. We found my dream dress and had fun exploring the great range of accessories available.The whole appointment was a wonderful experience and Helen has created a fantastic place to find your dress.

I booked my first bridal dress trying session with Milan bridal and had a brilliant time. I would recommend them 100%. It was so relaxed, Helen was fantastic, making me feel so comfortable about it all. She was so knowledgable about the dresses and able to recommend dresses. We had a really fun afternoon!
