Sarah contacted me at the start, with viewing times; even recommended a fantastic mortgage broker, who I can't thank enough. Once the offer was accepted; I was then in regular contact with Nikki. Nikki is very good at her job, I'd go as far as to say one of the best, if not the best. She is professional, helpful, and kept me sane through a very stressful time, reassuring me throughout the process. To be as positive as she is, in a very demanding job, it takes a lot of experience. Every email was answered promptly, every call was answered and every bit of information I needed was sent to me. Thank you both, it was an absolute pleasure.

I have used Bagleys both as a landlord when I rented my house out, then as a seller. Sarah filled me with confidence that I'd made the right choice of agent and I felt safe in her hands. She found me some wonderful tenants who looked after my house and I couldn't have asked for more from her. When I decided to sell the house, Nikki took over and again I had such a positive experience.
