Eurotow Recovery & Repair

Had a tyre go flat in lane 3 on the m5 at 70mph. Luckily a rear tyre .Contacted Cover my breakdown" and big Dan from eurotow arrived 35 mins later.Very professional

I was lucky to have Eurotow assigned as roadside recovery. They arrived half an hour before the scheduled time and were very hepful. My car needed a new battery and once my car was started I was able to drive straight round and get a new one fitted right away. They even sorted out my sticky bonnet catch and petrol cap AND reset the clock all for the same price! Lovely people too, highly recommended.

Car packed up in first lane of a busy duel carriageway. I phoned Euro Tow Worcester and spoke to a wonderfully calm, friendly and efficient lady who organised a very quick recovery. The price was nowhere near as expensive as I thought it would be and great value considering we were a fair way from home. The gentleman that arrived to recover our vehicle was also calm, friendly & efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, should you ever find yourself in a similar situation.

We broke down and the recovery service sent Daniel from eurotow, the whole experience was smooth and faultless, I had calls while I was waiting to check I was OK and safe, when daniel turned up he was friendly helpful and very efficient ensured we got safely to our house. We then got another call checking we were home safe. Very good service

After a very poor show from the RAC, as I was left virtually abandoned overnight and then the following morning in the pouring rain - Jamie from Eurotow recovered our vehicle and kindly transported me to both CTS Autos Worcester and then onto Enterprise to pick up a rental, after he confirmed it was at the local office. Amazing service from Eurotow and CTS, making an awful situation alot better…Thank you Jamie - you did Eurotow proud!

Don’t you call this unprofessional team/ company the lady I felt with she was like she was a huge boss and I was a rug that she would wipe her feet’s on I don’t recommend at all they prices at huge They keep passing me over from a day to another thinking that I paid them they says last week Friday will come and take it they said I will call u today but they haven’t called on Friday my insurance company said they will call me Saturday they haven’t I had to call them back and they said will pick it up Saturday then they had to reschedule it due to bad weather and rescheduled for Monday then this morning I got a call saying ooh we can’t come today either can we come Tuesday I said to them no has to be today due to the appointment of my car in the service has to be repaired
