Popped in for my wedding ring resized and was told it would be ready next month but, when they heard our wedding was this week, they did it for us there and then and wouldn’t even let us pay at the end! So kind and really added to our excitement. Thank you.

I have been a customer for many years. I’ve had lots of jewellery repaired, good advice but the last piece they worked on for me took a lot of knowledge, skill and talent. My Victorian engagement ring had previously been botched by another jeweller, so from my description of how it used to be he remade my ring. Now it sparkles all the time and looks like the ring I received 30+years ago. I can’t thank them enough.

My mother had a beautiful bespoke necklace made for me by the jewellers at Taylors as a gift which combines 3 sentimental parts of jewellery all joined together in one beautiful pendant. I accidently damaged my blue zircon from my engagement ring and it has now been beautifully placed in a pendant that I can wear safely everyday. I am lost for words and am honestly so pleased with this piece. Thank you so much.My mother has said that the staff here are always so friendly and provide fantastic customer service whenever she has been in and has been a happy customer for many years.- Natalie

I took this old cut diamond, gold ring in for resizing and I was told it would soon need the head replacing or claws replacing. I decided to go ahead and I am so pleased I did the ring looks amazing now its got the new head and has been cleaned. Couldn't be happier. Thankyou so much.

I cannot thank Taylor jewellers enough for re-sizing my rings after I had to have them cut off. Both my wedding and engagement ring look like new again. The service I received was outstanding. I would have not hesitation in recommending Taylor's and will definitely use them again.
