I was stuck in traffic, so phoned to say that I'd be late for an MOT. I was given a ten minute leeway as you were fully booked at Bishops Stortford. Even though I was nearly 20 minutes late, I was accepted. Very much appreciated guys, thanks a lot.

I could see they wereVery busy I was greeted with a friendly smile by Stephen, who explained that you were fully booked as I could clearly see however, he would stop what they were doing and quickly professionally get me back out on the road. Cannot tell you how happy this made me fantastic service, many many thanks
