Bought a vw touareg from this place, it was a sold as seen deal. The man we dealt with gave us a great deal, I bought the car and took it for an inspection. The car was in excellent condition. What really impressed me the most was the honesty and the great customer service. Really helpful and the hospitality at the place was amazing. I'm grateful for the experience and the car. They clearly put fake MOTs on the car. My local garage cannot believe the state of the car. I have now spent over 4k on the car just to get her back on the road.BEWARE OF THIS GARAGE. Your car most likely has a fake MOTUpdate: I was told I didn’t have any warranty with the car and am only covered by with the AA breakdown cover.It’s easy for you to say you don’t put FAKE MOTs on the car…When there is a MOT testing place right next to the dealership. Which I should have taken as a big red flag.My biggest mistake was buying a car from a dealer like this.

I saw a car advertised and emailed the company through the website. I got no response still till now. Very poor I have to say at least a response would be nice if that is the platform you use to communicate. Bad first impressions will take my business else where

Professional company with extremely well priced cars. The car I bought is in excellent condition. The company and staff went out of their way to ensure everything was explained to me and i was fully reassured by the warranty and ongoing support. Selection of cars was fantastic and I got a good trade in price on my car. As a female purchasing I’ve had some awful experiences but I was treated respectfully here and everyone was very efficient and friendly, I would not hesitate to return or recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from Car Deal Ltd. We bought our car through them and because we were looking for a specific type of car for a specific budget, they had the vehicle we wanted, but it was too far for us to come see it! They had such a nice manner throughout that we bought it without seeing it and they delivered it to us. Their customer service was amazing, the car is perfect and I really appreciate the help. Marina and her colleague are very welcoming and make the process of buying a car quite straightforward.My daughter came for a specific car, a 2010 Subaru Outback, which was as described and drove the 60 miles home like a car a third of its age.Buying a car, can be a risky business and Car Deal helps to mitigate a lot of that with good vehicle preparation.
