I had the best week ever sailing with Rusty, he is a very good teacher, how made it so easy and fun at the same time, I would highly recommend anyone who wants to learn to sail to go to Rusty as you will not be disappointed

I can't recommend Stratus highly enough! I was really nervous about sailing at first but Russell put me completely at ease and explained everything in straightforward terms. I am now completely hooked and look forward to each lesson! Sailing really is the most exhilarating experience!

I have just completed my RYA/MCA Coastal Skipper & Yachtmaster Offshore Shorebased with Russell. I must mention how easy it was to learn with Russell and the comparisons given to practical situations really made the theory understandable and very easy to comprehend.Russell always made time to explain things fully and even gave up his own time freely so that i could catch up on coursework after I had missed two classes.I cannot recommend Sail School NI enough and i look forward to putting some water under the keel with Russell this coming season.Many thanks to Jim Coffey and Royal Ulster Yacht Club for organising this course and most importantly to Russell for making learning so easy.
