A friendly local post office and convience store

Wonderful store with wonderful staff who really go out of their way to help you. I cannot praise them enough. The previous bad reviews on here relate to a chap who has since left ... you'll have no issues there now!

Advertised as post office open on Saturday & Sunday. I went well out of way as thought VERY HANDY, being as work schedules makes getting to them difficult. But it's false advertising, only open till one on Saturday's? To top it off, the guy behind counter said it with such rudeness!! Wish could leave no stars, as certainly doesn't even deserve the one!

If I could give zero stars I would. The man who served me was incredibly unprofessional and insultingly rude. After putting a priority parcel in the wrong box, he showed zero remorse and offered no solution. ‘Too late now,’ was his response. This was a massive inconvenience, but had he shown an ounce of sympathy or even human decency, I would have understood. Highly inconsiderate and absolutely no manners. I wouldn’t degrade myself by going there again.

This post office is also open on Sunday, which is rare in Swansea. Thank you for opening up.
