Multiple items broken but so far my complaint has not been responded to. All broken items were tucked away and not reported so they were only found when unpacking.Supervisor on the day was pleasant and they arrived on time but to not tell me things were broken has led to a lack of trust and I can’t recommend them to others

So professional and efficient. Not to mention cheerful and kind. Had a bad experience elsewhere last time I moved but these folks. They are the absolute best. Moved from London to Yorkshire today. I’m tucked up in bed. Comfy. And so relieved that I chose this company. From the first contact to the final goodbye. Nothing but the best service. Value and quality.

From start to finish they were extremely good. Moved a three bedroom house in Hillingdon to a two bedroom bungalow in bucks. On time, helpful and very efficient. I would recommend them.

We moved today with Europe removals and we received an extremely good service. The movers were on time and extremely efficient. They moved everything safely and left no damage to either property or the furniture itself. I would really recommend!

Dreadful experience with this company. Communication was poor throughout and their English was extremely limited. The one who could speak English mainly used it to argue about the removal process. They damaged our antique furniture despite us making it very clear that these needed considerable protection. All they used was masking tape even though I called ahead to make sure they bought proper protective materials. They generally took little to no care with the majority of our stuff, constantly bumping furniture and dropping things. They just randomly chucked the stuff into rooms on the other side, making no effort to stack things neatly.They also turned up in a van that was far too small meaning we were essentially held hostage to pay them an extra amount to finish the job.They took a random lunch of 2 hours and then acted annoyed when we wanted them to start unpacking earlier. In the end we were glad to see the back of them. They made the day more stressful than it needed to be.There is a place for cheaper removal quotes in London and we have had good experiences with other companies at a similar price range. We’ve learnt our lesson but if you care about your property then don’t use this company unless it is for the minimum job of getting stuff from A to B.

Excellent service and value for money. We moved from Austria to the UK. Neil was quick and responsive - we had a solution arranged in a few business days. No damaged goods on delivery and the removal team were efficient, friendly, and courteous. Would recommend.

We moved a month ago , we were moving from London to Lincolnshire and it was a two house move ; myself and my parents. The guys packed up so quickly it was unbelievable. They had packed up both houses by lunchtime.We hit problems when we got to our new house and were kept waiting and didn’t get the keys until late in the evening.They were very patient and once keys were obtained they again work tirelessly to get us in.They were polite and helpful to my elderly parents, making sure everything was right for us.I highly recommend this company.Thank you guys !
