This Burger Kings has friendly service and staff.The shared seating area does not seem to have many cleaning staff this Sunday. A spill was not cleaned up even after we reported it and the bin was over flowing and could not clean up after myself. Had to leave full tray next to the bin.

Drinks machine broken and had run out of bottled drinks but still had to pay the same price for meal deal regardless. Very disappointing. Staff polite and friendly hence 2 stars.

The hours stated on Google and the burger king website are wrong. They are never open until 11. The drive thru is always a pain because it seems to take forever for them to notice you are there, and there is no indication of whether they are open at the drive thru intercom as it is around the corner from the payment window.

Can they ever get an order right? Seriously getting frustrated with this! I currently have a child who has ASD, yelling about his order being wrong! Ordered a cheese and bacon burger meal, kids cheeseburger meal and received 2 x kids cheeseburger meals. Although to their credit, they managed to charge us for the adult meal! Judging by other reviews, it's not the first time they have gotten orders wrong, it's about time they got their act together, train them in customer service and get them to check what they are giving to their customer to ensure it is correct!

Food is mostly well presented as expected. Normally service is quick. The staff are young and always busy. I usually get drive through, some of the staff barely interact with customers. I wish the females with long hair had it tied up and wore hair nets. Which has put me off a little. I thought it was law to wear hair nets when working with food.

Worst burger king I've had so far. We went to the sit in and the burgers were stone cold, they were actually that cold the cheese hadn't melted at all. How can burgers that are made to order be that cold ?

Really bad latest experience. Staff member rude. No patience for a disabled passenger and was curt when pulled on this. When asked for extra napkins, screwed them up and threw them in the bottom of the bag. No straw for drink, put vegan burger and chips in a bag with a dripping beef burger.Chips were cold. Vegan whopper tasted like poison....it's as if after I called the server out for being rude he went out of his way to make our experience as awful as possible. It's a drive thru...surely a straw and napkins for a mobile meal are standard?. Second visit more disappointing than my first...I don't think I'll ever be back.

How can this burger king be so bad compared to others? Over 20 minute wait every time at the drive through and every time I have had to get a refund due to incorrect order. I have got a burger king on average of once a month over the last 5 years from other burger kings and never have this issue!

Horrible on just eat. Always late sometimes never arrives. You’re better not even ordering it in the first place.
