Hotel Chocolat

Today me and my partner went into this store to buy a gift for a family member. We were greeted by a lovely lady who was very knowledgeable and really helpful, friendly. She found us the perfect gift. And even helped us download the hotel chocolat app which we didn’t know was a thing.I asked about vegan chocolate for my partner and she showed us every vegan chocolate that they had in store. Amazing customer service. Manager was also very friendly and helpful. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. So it’s nice to walk in to a shop and receive the service we did today. Thank you!Will definitely be back! I did get their names but I can’t remember, I’m sorry. 28/09/23.

I queued for 20 minutes to get hot chocolate but it was worth it, love the whip! The shelves are very close together in the shop so really difficult to move around when it's busy.

This store seems to have struggled to properly train staff as it’s always a poor experience.Annie the SM has the worst attitude and is the worst store manager I have ever come across , if your left waiting a long time or the till is not working or even that they don’t know the process? their was no apology at all and that’s not acceptable? To act like she was put out after waiting 30 mins for her to manage her till was very much a problem for me and I won’t be returning.

If you like chocolate this is the store for you., Clean and bright in the small store, perhaps it needs to move to bigger premises to show case all their range of tasty treats.
