Autoline are a breath of fresh air when compared to the service departments of the official dealerships. Autoline offer to collect and return the car, deliver a first class service, and go the extra mile in times of need when the car needs urgent attention. Compare that to the official dealerships who make you wait while they deign to prepare your bill and who cannot be trusted to have done the work they charge you for.I would recommend Autoline to anyone

This is the best garage in Hertfordshire! This wonderful family run brilliant garage really helped me out of a super sticky situation when my camper broke down and got me up and on the road in 24 hours. I can't tell you how supportive and blooming great they are here. Highly recommended and such professionals! They are far more knowledgeable than any other garage I have used and I cannot recommend then enough for anyone in the area.

AWFUL service. I would have to chase them for updates. They would then lie and say they tried to call me. Never once had a missed call from them. Couldn't even get the make of my car correct. The price quoted was extortionate, I did not proceed with them as the service was already awful. I would not recommend.
