Rick is an absolute asset to the company! I live 5 hours away from this site but when a local supplier let me down miserably, Rick came to the rescue and managed to resolve the issue, even though it wasn’t his problem to deal with (and resolved the issue for the local supplier for me). An absolute credit to the team, and although I didn’t end up purchasing from city ceramics, based on that interaction alone, I would highly recommend these guys!

Fantastic selection of excellent quality tiles. Neil was extremely helpful both in helping us select tiles for our bathrooms and living areas and the practicalities such as what grout to use. You just can't get this kind of service when buying online or from a cheap warehouse. Highly recommended!
