Europcar Caernarfon

The 5th time that I'm going to this branch less than 5min away from Caernafon Center.The Staff is simply amazing: always helpful & I never had to wait, everything was already ready for my rentals. They're all very professional & friendly !I definitely recommend them ! Just to give a tip, avoid walking in, make sure you book a car in advance to avaoid surprises (sometimes the demand is very high).

Carrie and the two gentlemen were wonderful!! Amazing service! Although central reservations had made some mistakes on the booking, Carrie took care of everything efficiently and got me on the road. The gentlemen provided me with some wonderful tips on the area and a run down of the cars features. I would highly recommend renting from here even if you need to take a bus or taxi from a nearby station. Thanks so much to the staff for the great service and all their help!!

Cheap good quality cars lovely drivers

The staff here could not have been more helpful. The car was great too (and reasonably proced), but the main reason I'll be back is the fantastic staff!
