We've been putting off moving house for 3 years due to the dread of all the unknown that comes with selling our home and buying a new one. I wish we had met Alan earlier as we would never have put it off for so long if we had! Allan listened to our fears and concerns and also to what we wanted and made it all happen with very minimal effort from us, he went above and beyond to ensure the very best outcome for us. What i especially liked about Allan was that with having very minimal knowledge in this area, he made sure to explain everything to us in an easy to understand way that ensured we were fully informed but not overwhelmed. We are so grateful to Allan and would highly recommend him.

I was recommended Allan for our house move however I was skeptical at first as it is something that I can do on my own. I decided to give Allan a call to explain why I use use him.He didn’t put a hard sell on, nor try to scare me into using his services, he simply told me what his offer was, how this would help me and spoke through my scenario and how he would benefit me. Having so many moving parts in a move it was a no brainer to use Allan, now that I’m in and my sale/purchase has been concluded I cannot emphasise enough just how taking away this onus of responsibility helped me concentrate on everything else.In terms of the service received, when the banks were raising interest rates Allan instantly got our mortgage sent off an approved securing us a better rate (and saving us more than his fee cost). Without this act his service was more than worth it, however with it you can imagine how happy we are.If you’re unsure, give him a call - you won’t find a better service.

Allan went above and beyond to help my fiancee and I buy our first home together.
