Wow brilliant service today 1st Nov. We had a slight leak from the toilet system. Husband tried tightening, bought other bits from shops, nothing cured it. Tried to get a plumber but no returns calls from them. About to go to B&Q in Yarmouth when we see City Plumbing in Lowestoft. The gentleman in there was a real help and sold us exactly what we needed after explaining the problem. On the receipt the man name was Adung. Thank you. Now fitted and problem solved

Really disappointed. My Iflo Aura bath shower mixer developed a drip after 2 years. I rang them to ask how I replace the cartridge. They said there should be a concealed access at the back. Being on the bath and close to a wall I had to remove the whole thing to find there wasn’t anything on the back!! I then realised you have to screw off the top of the tap, which I did, to find the cartridge was totally seized and sheered off under pressure. I then went back to the store and £80 later I had another one! I said to the staff that I’d been advised to look on the back. They then said you should just unscrew the top of the tap, your not kidding!!They just don’t know anything about the products and can merely look something up in a brochure and then hand it to you (bit like Screwfix style) heaven forbid you want some accurate advice about a product. Even the Iflo website that I accessed told me to contact them? Rather than being able to speak to the organ grinder..
