I requested a refund to the supplier but they were slow to respond.Darren contacted the energy company on many occasions to expedite the refund and managed to get this through despite having to overcome a significant number of hurdles and bureaucracy.They respond very quickly to requests for help and I will certainly be staying with them to ensure we get the best value for money from our energy bills.

Excellent service from B.U.G we have all our business meters with them and each time they come up for renewal Gavin and his team get me the best deal for all 7 meters. That's a lot of electric!
