5* experience! I had booked an appointment the day before with another company who did not end up turning up and messed me around all day as I had a rat in the house. I called JG who did cost a little more but included filling the holes and three visits instead of two and could send someone the same day. After booking they arrived an hour later and I was very happy to see Phil at my door. He was truly amazing, went above and beyond locating and filling the holes where they may have been coming in from and was informative without going into too much detail like other pest controllers I have had before. Would recommend 100%!!!!

We sadly had a dead fox in our garden. It happened over a weekend, and after trying to call a few other companies with no answer, I was so happy and relieved that JG Pest Control answered my call. George was very professional and helpful on the phone. He could tell that I was feeling distressed and made sure he organised a team to remove the dead animal within 2 hours of my call. Re job 270660Had a terrible time on a Sunday night in February. Rat(s) in the kitchen woke us up about 4 times. Local one man companies were cheaper, but it was a case of either e mailing or leaving messages. We couldn't wait!Got through to Katie at JG Pest Control after just a couple of rings.Appointment sorted for the same day. Technician was very considerate and professional. We are now rat free.Trust me if you have a rat problem, the most important thing is getting it sorted asap. Thank you JG

Job reference: 268608We had an infestation of mice between floors in our property. JG Pest Control paid 3 visits - included in the non-nonsense costs. The operatives were professional, reassuring and friendly, but more importantly, they resolved the problem and we have no more unwelcome visitors.

Job Visit Reference: 348535We were horrified by the signs of rats in our garden near to the house. JG Pest Control responded on the day of our initial phonecall and took the necessary action, and provided all the advice needed. After 3 weeks the rats were still there, so another phonecall brought a further visit and revised treatment. Full explanations and advice again provided. 3 weeks later, the problem is now completely resolved. We are really pleased with the service; it's not cheap, but we felt it was worthwhile and very reassuring. Thank you.

They arrived within 24 hours on the weekend and immediately identified the point of entry and placed effective poison down. They were responsive to follow up requests to fill gaps and check the proofing after another 2 weeks. A very helpful and professional service.

Had them out for a rat issue in our loft was told on the phone all the things they do like looking for entry points, filling in holes, etc etc. Guy came out, put some poison down and left, nothing else. Told me to contact them 2 weeks later to book a revisit. I did and was told to email, so I did and got no response. Called them again a month or so later and was asked why I wanted them to come back out! Would not recommend for the price, I only had 1 visit. Just get council out, it's free and they do the exact same thing.

My neighbour spotted a wasps nest at the front of the house, just as the weather turned extremely hot. I found JGpest control and they came the next day to get rid of the wasp nest. They have me a guarantee that if the treatment didn’t work they would come back and sort it. Thankfully the treatment worked within hours and we were delighted with the result and professionalism of the company.
