The coaches provide inclusive motivational varied workout classes and sessions to challenge all abilities.Think cross fit meets circuit training describes workout of the day classes where the coaches and other participants (or gym buddies) will help you to improve your technique as well as encourage 100% of the time.The site benefits from indoor and outdoor training areas complete with sound system through out.For those starting out through to experienced fitness fanatics this place is highly recommended for all.

I’ve probably been a member at most gyms in the area but I have to say none can compare to Box Bell Fit in any way!Amazing Coaches, with a vast amount of knowledge amongst them. They cater to all abilities and you are made to feel so welcome by everyone both staff and members from day one!You won’t regret joining once you have tried it out! Value for money wise it’s exceptional for what you get in return!I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough and I look forward to many more years being a member here!

Such a friendly, welcoming gym, suitable for anyone & everyone! I find gyms abit intimidating but BBF is a pleasure to attend. The owners & coaches are all great - motivating & helpful. Would definitely recommend.
