Tesco Superstore

Nice store, not overly busy, currently having a Refit.

This tesco one of the best! highly recommended loads of parking spaces, Costa coffee is good. staff is lovely, great bakery and customer services

They have a great range of products, many 'own brands, choices. Staff are really friendly and seem to know where everything is. I shop here regularly so I also gain from using a Tesco card, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I went to Tesco goldenhill to purchase a Euro ticket at 7:10pm on Friday.But there no staff at the till, so I ask the woman in charge? she said we have no staff as he is in the car park

So I shop here on a Sunday. Usually I arrive about 3:30. We all know the store closes at 4:00. I used to work in retail, I get that everyone wants to go home on time, but they shout at us all over the tannoin every 30 seconds that the store is closing at 4:00 and to finish our shopping. Then they close one of the doors on the way out to make it harder for us to leave! Doesn’t make for an enjoyable shopping experience.

I was having trouble with my Tesco Mobile Phone. The phone would not charge! I went along to Tesco at Golden Hill for some advice. Thinking that I would need to buy a new phone. (I have had my current one for sometime) The young man there asked if I had brought the lead along as well as the phone. I had. He then said lets see where the problem is. After a few seconds he was able to assure me that the problem lay with the lead NOT the phone. He asked me if I would like him to show me where in the store I could purchase a new lead. I was very impressed with this service. He showed me where and which lead I needed. The cost £6. I was delighted.On reflection I realised that this young man could have told me that the phone was 'passed it's sell by date' and I needed to buy a new phone. But he was very helpful and sorted the problem at very little cost.What service! In this day and age we are all too quick to complain about something and not quite so eager to give praise where it is due.Well Done Tesco Mobile. Keep up the good work! I would have no hesitation in recommending friends to this company if they needed a Mobile Phone..RegardsA very satisfied Customer

Although currently shopping at this store is a nightmare due to refurbishment I want to say a member of staff called Scott was so helpful when I wanted to purchase some chippings. He came and lifted them into my trolley and when I had paid for them he came out to my car and lifted them in for me.

Have been a committed Tesco customer for many years. They may not always be as cheap as Aldi or Lidl but they stock what I want. Plus I have enjoyed many discounted Pizza Express meals courtesy of the clubcard points.

Quite a nice Tesco.Good amount of parking spaces.There is a costa inside the tesco to the left hand side of the entrance, toilets and a teaco mobile sales area.Tobacco and lottery kiosk is to the right of the entrance.Store has plenty of produce and always seems to be well stocked. Good variety of offers available.Staff are very friendly and helpful, and are quick on the self checkouts if you need assistance.Store is clean and tidy.
