Been going to Pilates for a few months and really impressed with the results. Core strength has improved and much better balance. Liz is an excellent teacher and has adjustments for all abilities. Small classes and everyone is really supportive. Highly recommended

I met Liz through a mutual triathlete friend who recommended her for sports massage therapy. Very knowledgeable and professional, and a nice lady too. She certainly knows how to get the knots out of my battered legs!I’ve since joined one of her Pilates evening groups, also highly recommended.

Love the classes with Liz. I have been introduced to Pilates only 9 months ago and I have improved so much. Even in class of varying ability Liz is able to tailor the exercises to the different abilities. Highly recommend.

I have been a client of LV Sports Massage for many many years and the treatment I have received from Liz, has always been amazing!! Liz is professional always, but also kind and welcoming and makes you feel at ease.Most recently I have been attending Liz’s Pilates classes which undoubtedly has improved my core strength and all over running form. Liz is an excellent teacher and ensures that people of all abilities are catered for. I recommend LV Sports Massage to all.

Liz gave a pregnancy massage after a busy week at work! I was 37weeks +5days - Liz made sure I was comfortable throughout and talked me through everything. Liz always made sure I was safe throughout the whole session too.
