National Car Rental - Inverness Airport

Très bonne expérience, rien à dire. Le personnel est très sympathique, j'ai eu une super voiture simple d'utilisation. Dépôt de la voiture rapide si vous n'avez rien abîmé . Et les prix sont raisonnables. Je recommande tout à fait.

Excellent customer service from Greg during during pick up and Sharon when returning. People make the difference and it shows. Thanks a lot and see you in a couple of months.

The car rental experience was good right from the get go. I think Dave was the one who helped us pick up our early morning rental and we were able to get on our way really fast. The car was a brand new Nissan Juke, it was clean. It was technically also an upgrade, since I paid for a manual car and this was an automatic. We rented for 2 days. Even the checkout process was smooth and quick. They do a courtesy drop off to nearby locations if you return your vehicle during odd hours(from 7-11pm?)The only thing issue I had was that I forgot my wallet in the car, and I would have liked them to send it in time to a local address before my return to my home country. They did send it, but after a week, despite saying they would send it immediately. But I'm appreciative of them agreeing to send it, and now my wallet is in a safe place. It was my error to start with.

The worst enterprise experience.As a regular Enterprise customer (10+ bookings this year) I was put in touch with Enterprise after an RAC breakdown. Typically I have a great experience, but the coordination, communication and logistics are enough to turn me away from Enterprise for life.I Was told I would be provided by the outsourcing team a car in scotland as it was out of region, only to wait 48 hours with no contact and then have my booking passed to Ireland.. spoke to a young chap on the phone from the inverness branch about my concerns who decided to yawn as we were speaking to him..Failing a dropoff, i Had to spend £75 of my own money on a taxi to pickup the car.Was called 24 hours after the booking to discuss something with the booking and missed it, phoned back to be told they would be in touch and I've still to receive it.I've never experienced an Enterprise branch as poorly coordinated at this one, and would advise others give it a miss.

Please be aware of any existing damage (no matter how small). I rent a lot in the US and the damage that is negligible will matter in the UK. I was charged 1000 pounds for a simple scratch. Make sure someone comes out with you to review the vehicle before you sign anything

I was reading previous reviews from several months/ years ago and I don't think some of the reviews are accurate anymore - at least not in my experience.I have nothing but positive things to say about National/ Enterprise car rental services at Inverness Airport. More specifically it was Dave (David) that helped immensely and to an extent Kinga also. I had an awful Mercedes SUV that had all kinds of little issues and bugs that I ignored for a period until the engine literally went into some ridiculous limp mode and could barely move 17 miles an hour. It ended being faulted as internal fuel actuator issue. Mercedes Road side assistance was completely useless (strongly do not recommend) and I'd even say incompetent/ ridiculous with some of their request and suggestions they offered. However, Dave and his team were fantastic.We were on the Isle of Skye with no other rental companies or dealerships around and Dave managed to get me a replacement vehicle that was not only better (Volvo XC90) but also had a larger boot. This was important as we were driving four adults and a baby! He got us a taxi driver to drive us 45 minutes away in the evening in the middle of Skye.After having to deal with a leaky tire (I STRONGLY think was caused from previous renter and not disclosed), multiple weird internal car bugs and then finally an engine failure, Dave and also Kinga were very understanding and superb in their customer service. Dave took care of everything in the background and after I returned the Volvo had followed up with me. He was very accommodating to our needs and even offered a little gift that was much appreciated. I work for an airline and I have many employees and affiliates I work beside and I will always recommend this branch if anyone plans on renting a car within Scotland.Thanks again!
